Litigation and dispute resolution

We have a very active litigation practice. Our litigation lawyers regularly appear before the courts and tribunals of New Zealand. Our work includes civil, criminal, family and employment law.

While we are very experienced in conducting proceedings in various Tribunals, the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, our knowledge of alternative dispute resolution processes (especially negotiation, mediation and arbitration) often allow more timely cost effective and practical outcomes.
