Kate was admitted to the Bar in 2009 and joined Ross Dowling Marquet Griffin in 2020.
Kate’s work includes dispute resolution, debt recovery, resource management and criminal law.
Kate has experience advising clients on a wide range of disputes, including property disputes, contractual claims, negligence claims and shareholder disputes.
She has appeared as Counsel both at trial and on appeal.
In the field of debt recovery, Kate has particular expertise in advising clients on the operation of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 and the Responsible Lending Code.
